1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products if they are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly shipped (not what was ordered)
- Misrepresented in the product listing
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products used, altered, or outside their shelf life may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed by the agrovendor.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) if applicable.
- Wait for approval. We’ll coordinate with the agrovendor to confirm eligibility.
- Follow instructions for returning the product (shipping arrangements may vary).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method if the return is accepted.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is only partially damaged or used.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products past their warranty or shelf life

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
