FarmerQue Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy governs the return of products purchased from agrovendors through the FarmerQue Platform. Please read this carefully before initiating a return or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products if they are:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products used, altered, or outside their shelf life may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed by the agrovendor.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) if applicable.
  3. Wait for approval. We’ll coordinate with the agrovendor to confirm eligibility.
  4. Follow instructions for returning the product (shipping arrangements may vary).
